Terms & Conditions for your stay in "The Hibernie"
-Réservation confirmed after payment of a deposit of a 30% minimum.
-Rerservation canceled without charge if canceled more than 2 days before the stay.
-The room is available from 18h or on request from 14h. After 21h reception is not guaranteed but access can be done by contacting your code entry door.
-The room must be vacated no later than 12 o'clock on the day of departure.
-For any cancellation within 3 days prior to the stay, 100% of the stay is due.
-Pets are not allowed in Hibernie.
Article 1 - Length of Stay:
Bookings are from date to date so only for a specified period and the client shall in no circumstances invoke any right to tenure.
Article 2 - Validation of a reservation:
The stays are guaranteed only upon receipt and the receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the total remaining to be paid at the end of your stay. The deposit must be paid at the latest within 10 days from the reservation request. The deposit is to be paid by check payable to LM Service or by credit card by contacting us for the procedure, or by bank transfer. Article 3 - Arrival and departure time:

Article 4 - Cancellation by the client:
For any cancellation 3 days before arrival only the deposit is due. For cancellation within 3 days prior to the stay, 100% of the stay is due and will be paid by check payable to LM Service or bank card by contacting us for the procedure, or by bank transfer. In case of shortened stay, the price reflects the cost of accommodation is fully acquired Hibernie.
Article 5 - Cancellation by Hibernie:
In case of serious and unexpected forcing Hibernie to cancel the trip on its own initiative, Hibernie agrees to immediately notify the client, a full refund of monies received and offer him any advice to relocate. Article 6 - Payment of the balance of accommodation:
The balance together with any additional services according to your requests, will be paid on arrival or at departure.
Article 7 - Tax:there is no tax on the town of Rochefort-en-Yvelines.
Article 8 - Changing room:
Without the client can not claim any compensation, Hibernia reserves the right in unforeseen circumstances to change the room originally booked by the customer a room of the same size or higher capacity. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 9 - Pets are not allowed in Hibernie.

Article 10 - Lifestyle, use of premises:

The customer agrees to make room in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare and assume financially, any possible damage that could be responsible. Article 121- These conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. The acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions are deemed to be acquired upon payment of installments.
Article 12 - CNIL:
